RESERVATION : TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A 50% deposit is required for all reservations, either by check or wire transfer, the balance to be paid, either in cash or check & wire transfers upon confirmation of the reservation at least 8 days prior the arrival. Guests are welcome to check-in from 4pm (16:00) on, and the check-out is by noon (12:00). Conditions for cancellations are in accordance with the current legislation in effect: The entire deposit will be reimbursed if the reservation is canceled at least 21 days before the first day of the reserved stay and if the suite is let again. If the guests leave during the stay the amount prepaid will be retained.

- Visitors : For security reasons, no visitors are allowed without prior authorisation.

- Use of premise:
For safety reasons, smoking is forbidden in the entire house. Guests should take good care of all furniture and equipment. In case of any damage we reserve the right to add a surcharge for the repair. It is not possible to cook in the Guest Suites. Kitchenettes are for beverage and snack food only.

- Duration of the stay:
The guests use the accommodation for a predetermined period of time and have no claim whatsoever towards the property.

- Animals :
For health reasons, safety and tranquility our friends the animals are only allowed with a prewritten authorization.

- Rates :
As from 2008, January 1st, all the taxes are included. Tax ID # 503 085 029 000 18.
A third guest is possible in both the La Vigie Suite or Le Colombier Room for 45 euros, breakfast included.
